Steps To Success
November 26th, 2016
Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Are you tired of waking up in the morning and saying “Oh not AGAIN!” Then it’s time to make a decision that you’re not going to settle for the status quo any more. Make a decision that you’re going to make your life to be what you want it to be.
Make a Decision
Make a decision right here, right now that you’re going to do what you’ve always wanted to do and make a lot of money at it. When you make decisions there’s a calmness that comes to your mind. You’re not wasting time trying this or that and getting crappy results. You’re focused. You have a direction. You can direct your energy to doing what you want. Not doing what someone else is either telling you to do or asking you to do. Let’s face it. If it’s not something you want to do is there any real excitement or growth in doing it? Nope. Not really.
Decision is the key to creating calmness. Indecision just causes confusion and wasteful expenditure of your energy. Indecision is the way most of us live because we cannot immediately see what we think we need to move forward. We’ve been conditioned to reach for instant gratification. That’s why we buy things instead of creating moments. If we cannot see or achieve the end result instantly the desire disappears, the energy gets channelled in all sorts of directions and time passes by without any gain or just incremental gain.
Successful people make decisions quickly and definitely and change them very slowly if at all. Unsuccessful people live in indecision. Which one are you?
READ MORE...Did you know that your body is vibrating?
October 14th, 2016
I found out that the word “Feeling” is the word we invented that means conscious awareness of the vibration our body is in. The vibration for love is much different than the vibration of hate. It is palpable. All the feelings vibrate differently. I also found out that it’s my own thoughts that cause the feelings I’m having by setting my body into some vibration other than what it vibrates at normally. Therefore, when a circumstance arises that causes me to feel some emotion that I don’t like or want to have, I can stop and ask “What are the thoughts I am having that cause this feeling?” Then I sit back, look at the circumstance objectively and that’s when I can change the thought and control the vibration my body is in. We are all in control of 100% of our thinking. The question is are we aware of what it is we are thinking? If we are aware then we can choose what to think and we can accomplish anything.

The POWER of self-image
October 12th, 2016
Create your self-image of success and there is no stopping you
Have you ever wondered why it is that most people do not succeed in life? It’s because their self-image doesn’t allow them to believe that they can have what they want and do what they would love to do all day long. Societal conditioning, conditioning from parents, who mean well but didn’t know better, and from a barrage of influences in their lives caused them to believe that they have limitations. This self-image of limitation is what causes people to fail or get stuck in a rut of mediocrity.
Children grow up mimicking what it is their parents, siblings and other influences do. The limiting thoughts are passed from generation to generation. When you’re little you’re like a sponge. You’re higher faculty of reason hasn’t developed to the point where you can decide what you like or don’t like. The food you like to eat is exactly what your parents conditioned you to like because they fed you exactly what it is that they like. When you grow up learning that you have to work hard to have what you want and work even harder to have more, the limitations are set into your subconscious mind and you act accordingly. Did you know that you’re passing those thoughts of limitation to your offspring?

Creating the Life You Want With the Help of a Mentor
September 20th, 2016
Having the life that you want is possible but it’s going to be really tough if you don’t know things. We can’t make it on our own. We need help. Even if it’s just someone to bounce ideas off of. A mentor is the kind of person who will give you all the help you need, be an accountability partner and will support you on every step.
I’ve really been blessed to (more…)

My First Career
February 28th, 2016
So what are you waiting for? If you wait for everything to be right you’ll always be waiting. Jump on and take your career, business or life where you want to go.
Between 1975 and 1981 I was an air cadet. I belonged to the best unit in Toronto. Well I believe it was and that’s all that counts. I love the program. I really don’t think there is one better for creating leaders. The Royal Canadian Air Cadets were formed in 1942 as a means to pre-train young men who wanted to join the Royal Canadian Air Force.
Girls were allowed to join only a few years before I signed up and up until then it was men only. If you think at 13 you’re a man mind you.
I started out just like everyone else a raw recruit. We were in the “Manning” flight. That’s what it was called back then. Now a days they’re known as recruits and belong to the “Recruit” flight. Back then you were called everything under the sun except recruit. “Herby” was the favourite. That was a common term throughout the entire program from coast to coast from what I can gather. We could get away with that then. Better not do that now. (more…)

There’s a reason that we don’t progress as fast as we want or to the place we want to be. Simply put, it’s our paradigms. They’re insidiously devious. They sneak up on you without you even realizing it. You think that you’re taking purposeful steps toward your goal and all of a sudden you’re sitting at your workstation wondering why you haven’t moved forward.
Paradigms are a nest of habits that we’ve collected over many years. We start collecting them the minute we’re conceived. Genetic paradigms that make us look like our relatives. Then slow progressive training that starts about 3 months before we’re born. By the time we’ve reached 8 years of age our training is almost complete. Our paradigms are set and we start out on your path of security that gets reinforced by your parents, relatives, teachers, clergy, friends and anyone else that has had an important part in our lives, for the rest of our lives.
